They were nice but not very informative. Front desk seemed to be kinda cold with no expressions and seemed like she was upset at anyone being there. Xray guy didn't seem to be having a good day either. The dentist and the dental hygienist were very nice, but still did not provide me with much info as it was someone else's duties and they would inform me (which alsob felt like she didn't want to have to deal with me). I still had to call back to get more info. I have a credit but not sure if I wanna go back. 😕 so kinda lost 100 for nothing.
I have a great feeling of anxiety every-time I have dental procedures done, and this was a new office for me being transferred from the Red Oak office to the Lewisville location. The transfer was done effortlessly and my anxiety was put at ease with the care and attention I received during my service
Went in to treat a broken tooth that couldn't be saved, instead of a simple numbing up and extraction, they decided I needed to have oral surgery to remove the broken tooth an two broken crowns and make a partial. They were happy to break down pricing, but, they never said how many teeth were being replaced. I am over 70 years old, I did not ask for extensive dental work, I was there for help with a broken tooth that was causing pain all the way up to my sinus cavity.
