Meet commitments! I called them out for an opinion and options on an older system - repair, replace, etc. I got a line of sunshine about the existing unit that was incorrect (indicating that the tech had *zero* experience with this rather advanced model), and a rather absurd quote for a possible evaporator replacement, if he could find one. We parted with a commitment for a callback within three days to tell me if a part was found, and also a commitment to have a sales rep contact me to discuss options for replacement. Never heard a peep! Ended up taking care of it another way . . . They may be good, in other areas, but in terms of keeping commitments offered, they are zero out of 2!
The Metro Environmental team did an outstanding job on the installation of the Lennox HVAC system at my home. The entire process was handled smoothly, starting with the first call to the office with Emily who setup my appointment for the Comfort Advisor. Rashad did a great job in explaining the options available to me and which systems would be the best fit for my home. James led the installation crew and did a pre-installation walk through of my home the day before the install to make sure that everything would go as planned. On installation day the crew arrived on time and took care to protect my home with tarps on the floors. They executed flawlessly to remove the old equipment without damaging anything and get the new equipment in place and running. I can't thank Mo, Norris, Chris, Eric, Daniel, and Jarrod enough for their stellar work. I would highly recommend the Metro Environmental Services team for any of your HVAC needs.
