Excellent service and arrived within quoted time frame. True explanation regarding "upstairs vs. downstairs" thermostats. Climbed into attic to check system's details & noted filter needed replacing. Returned shortly with replacement and installed. Payment was below quote and even included new large long-lasting filter. My AC quit working due to the capacitor dying and being low on freon. We called Kelly’s and received amazing customer service during the phone call. They were able to get us schedule same day and arrive within 2 hours of our phone call! They confirmed it was the capacitor and replaced it and found that the Freon was low and took care of that. They also cleaned the coil and checked to make sure everything else was functioning properly. My AC is now working better than it has in a long time! The capacitor on my 1999 compressor went out! They fixed it, cleaned the coils, reworked some A/c condensation plumbing AND THEY NEVER TRIED TO UPSELL ME ON ANYTHING!
Used them, what 35 yrs now! Great!
