Brad and Andrew are an awesome team! I ENJOYED THEIR VISIT (who enjoys a service call? I did) The capacitor on my 1999 compressor went out! They fixed it, cleaned the coils, reworked some A/c condensation plumbing AND THEY NEVER TRIED TO UPSELL ME ON ANYTHING! Used them, what 35 yrs now! Great! Great great = peace of mind!!!
From the first visit to discuss our needs, to the visit to plan material needed, to the actual work being done, all was banshee beautifully. The work crew arrived earlier than expected. They worked nonstop despite the ridiculously high temperatures. They were polite and friendly, cleaned up the mess caused by the idiot who owned our home before, and even pointed out something they had broken and insisted on paying to replace despite my protests. I will definitely turn to them for any future work.
Hello, I am 100000% blown away by the amaizing service we received from Kelly’s Heating and Air. Our AC unit stopped cooling yesterday. I called late last evening and Andrew called me soon after. I wanted to make an appointment but Andrew offered to stop by to take a look and ended up FIXING our unit. It was late, I am sure he was tired but still he fixed it. Not only that, he was extremely nice and professional. Thank you Andrew! We are now permanent customers!!!
