We have an older pool that doesn’t lend itself well to a fence, and when we found katch-a-kid we were so glad to see the net alternative! The process was so incredibly seamless from start to finish. The response time from inquiry was fast and friendly, and a very reasonable lead time for install. Jamie was on-time, efficient and did a great demo and walk-through that made us confident in using the product. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for pool safety!

#1 for communication. We are very pleased with all of the work done and the technicians that did the work. The fitment is spot on and seems to be easily installed and removed. We are looking forward to using our cover for many years to come.

We have a pool that made it a difficult installation with a lot of corners and custom sizing. Andrew did a great job with the installation and was a pleasure to be around. He worked hard to get it done in one day andcut was full dark by the time he was loading up to leave. We were always able to get quick communication from the company which was not our experience with others.
