I can't say enough good things about Imperial Plumbing in Lewisville. They came out yesterday to clear a clogged drain at my home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
They actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise, and the technicians were friendly, courteous, and highly professional. After clearing the clog, they went the extra mile by running a camera through my kitchen drain, laundry drain, and the main sewer line to make sure there were no additional blockages or underlying issues. I really appreciated their thoroughness and the peace of mind it provided.
Toby and his team always do a great job! We trust them so much that we joined the maintenance program when we replaced our hot water heaters! Toby has been our only plumber for 20+ years!
