My mother is in her 70s and she was extremely professional and kind to myself but I was so pleased on how she treated my mother! 100/100 recommend her! And located in the Mall in Lewisville. “i did the scalp detox treatment and was very satisfied with the process and outcome! prices were very fair compared to other headspas in the area, especially for the amount of service included. we started off with a scalp analysis and they used a microscopic tool to show me my hair follicles thickness and where i had buildup, irritation and dandruff. overall my scalp was mostly healthy with minor buildup and the machine marked on the screen various information about my scalp. during the treatment they massaged my head and washed my hair and even massaged my whole body in a quiet relaxed room. once all done we went back into the scalp analysis room and while waiting they gave me fruits, snacks and water. finally we saw how much less buildup, irritation and dandruff there was. i also came with a friend who had much more buildup and irritation from dyeing their hair recently and we saw practically no buildup after. i definitely recommend giving Vivian's a try out if you want to know where your hair and head health is at or even for the spa treatment! the service and people were awesome.“
