I tried giving this salon multiple chances since it’s close to home, but each visit left me feeling disrespected. When I came back to fix an issue, I was met with rudeness instead of help—no greeting, just blame. Whether it’s poor customer service or something deeper, I can’t say, but I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here when so many other places will treat you with respect.

I love Epic! My nails always last so long, and the experience is always amazing! Beautiful place and delicious drinks! Tina is incredibly talented, at shape, at nap art and Amy is always me go to for pedicures cause she brings incredible laughs! Haha

Love love love this Nail Bar! The staff is always courteous. There’s never an issue when I need to book an appointment or reschedule even if it’s last minute the service is stellar and I’m always pleased with my results.

These people would not give me a refund. They wanted me to come back and they were gonna give me $20 off! Are you kidding me when four of my nails ended up falling off! And now because they were loose water got underneath them and I have some kind of fungus on my nails because of them! This is pathetic‼‼
