I absolutely loved my experience at Restart Lewisville! I came in for a red light therapy session after my 5k, and it was exactly what my body needed. The bed was warm, relaxing, and so soothing especially on a cold, rainy day. The staff is super welcoming, the space is clean and calming, and I left feeling refreshed with my skin already looking happier. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a little recharge and selfcare!
I had been dealing with neck and back pain for nearly a week before trying the full-body cryotherapy and localized CO2 treatment, and I was genuinely impressed by the relief I experienced afterward. The treatment helped significantly reduce my pain and inflammation, and I’m very grateful for the care I received.

Started coming here for the first time in years and already notice a significant improvement in joint pain, stiffness, and improvement in sleep quality. Ethan and Chase have been so helpful and are super knowledgeable about the health benefits from cryotherapy!
