Chad Kobuck with Repeat Realty cares for his clients at a level above most realtors. I'd recommend him to first time buyers in Denton, Texas. He has assisted many first time buyer connections of mine. He education the clients, often gets concessions, and has great communication. He has a niche with homes in Idiots Hill in Denton.

Chad was incredibly helpful over multiple years of on and off house hunting (due to me backing out a few different times). He always was working with me to find the best place for me rather than just trying to make a sale. Once I found the house I wanted to buy, he was fantastic at working for me to get the deal done for me and helped guide me through the whole process.

Just wanted to say, working with Chad was as good as real estate can get! The guy understands your needs, what you’re looking for and how timely you are trying to make things happen. I have the pleasure of knowing him outside of his business, so I’m biased as he was an obvious choice. However, I wouldn’t have gone any other way about it, we even drove in the snow during the most recent freeze to go look at homes!
