I had a great experience. It was my first time visiting the store. I had just gotten new tires from Discount Tires and I was referred to Brakes Plus to get a wheel alignment. They did an excellent job. The staff was very professional. Brandon Danby, the store manager had explained in details what they fixed. Also I didn’t have to wait a long time for the service. If you need a place to go for a wheel alignment I recommend Brake Plus. Also they do everything except tires. ?

I had a decent enough experience. Made an appointment online. The staff were friendly. It took just under three hours to get the rear rotors and brake pads and rotors swapped out. The prices were in line with what I expected, more or less. I'd suggest dropping off your vehicle instead of waiting in the store. All in all I was satisfied. I would return if I needed work done in the future.
