We recently had our pool remodeled and a patio cover built by BMR Pool and Patio and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, and the quality of work truly exceeded our expectations.
As someone who is in the construction business myself, I completely understand that no project is ever absolutely perfect, things can come up, and adjustments sometimes need to be made. What really sets BMR apart is that their team will do anything in their power to make it right. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their clients being happy.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and lack of responsiveness from BMR. Before making the final payment, I shared a detailed list of concerns, and BMR agreed to address each of them. However, several of those issues reported within the warranty period and even at the time of construction remain unresolved, including levelling fix that was part of the original scope, a trench leak that caused water to continuously flow into a sunken area and made that portion of the yard unusable for for more than a year, and defective tiles that have not been replaced. AC work were not to my satisfaction. I have recently noticed another leak as well. The granite installation was done incorrectly, and the pool robot has been an issue since day one despite repeated service calls. Communication has been frustrating, with delayed or no responses, and responsibility is often shifted onto the homeowner. Additionally, an improper irrigation disconnect during their work led to a burst irrigation line. I expect BMR to stand behind their commitments and resolve these ongoing problems.
