Calling to make the appointment was good. The staff is respectful and professional. They are clear in their communication of what they need. They were even able to get us in on the same day
The office is friendly and welcoming. There is even water bottles and a snack box for anyone who needs it. The wait time was shorter than we've normally had at other doctor offices.
