They either answer the phone or call back almost immediately. They know the pool business backwards and forwards; from chemicals to remodels. I have used them several times and I would not use anyone else!!
What a great experience! I was kept up to date on everything going on with my repair as well as shown what the problem was. Additionally, I was kept updated on pricing and the options. I appreciate the transparency and ensuring I was getting my money’s worth. Highly recommend!
Mike was so quick to return my call when we were having a pool pump issue. He was even able to squeeze us in same day! He was upfront with the expected cost,(which was reasonable) and was very quick to diagnose and repair the issue. Will definitely be using him for any issues in the future! Cannot recommend him enough!
