I would not recommend using this company. I had a person come through to fix my A/C unit a year ago who talked me into getting a service contract. I was under the impression the would check my furnace once and my A/C once over the course of the year. Not only did they never reach out about doing either of these services but I come to find out that apparently the A/C is an additional charge. This is after I spoke to a representative that confirmed this was a part of the plan.
