Where do I even begin. My experience with stylist Sylvia was one of the worst I have ever had at any salon. The customer service was awful, her attitude was rude from start to finish, and the quality of her work made it clear she does not have the skills her chair requires. On top of all of that, she spent my appointment gossiping about other clients — by name — which is not only unprofessional, it is a violation of basic trust. I walked out feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied with my hair. I will absolutely never return. If you are considering booking with Sylvia, please think twice. Levelland deserves better.
