The Grass Patch was absolutely great to work with. Everyone was so polite and did absolute A+ work installing our sprinkler system, grass, and plants. It was a huge job and they worked super fast. Highly recommend.
Scott has been truly helpful and responsive with our sod purchase. First of all, he sourced Buffalo Grass sod for us, which is not easy to do. In addition, we had only 1 day in between the arrival/spreading of multiple semi-truck loads of topsoil, and then 4 straight days of forcasted thunderstorms, and he got the truckload to us in that tight window of time. He also gave us helpful growing information, and answered all our questions. Though we had some problems with the actual sod, Scott did his best to come up with a solution. I use a lot of contractors and Bill at the Grass Patch knocked it out like pros. They deliver premium product, show up with a strong team and push through hard until it is completely done. I priced these guys against Craigslist, Facebook and do it myself. It costs about 10-20% more to get pro level work. They truly loved on my yard while they were here. Everyone had a role with a leader driving it all home.
Make sure to get a water variation permit from your city or county before you start so you can water everyday for a couple of weeks.
