Koda’s first annual check up was phenomenal. All the staff are friendly and professional. It’s apparent that they all care about the type of care they give.
They even offered to prescribe an Rx instead of purchasing the prescription at their office which would have costed significantly more. They care about what’s best for my pet and my wallet.
Koda and I will definitely return for check up’s and vaccinations!
I love firehouse and dr burrows (and all the staff and all the techs!!) before firehouse I didn't imagine this level of medical care was possible with my very spicy kitty Murphy but firehouse was the first veterinary practice I came across (after many tries) that gave him the time of day, and i'm so grateful.
The level of care they designate specifically for cats and to maintain a fear free practice is really great in my opinion.
It means not pushing my animal past their limits and sometimes that means coming back another day or paying for sedation, but it's worth it for me and the peace it brings Murphy.

I called this vet to ask for their pricing on if I was an established patient what the cost would be if I needed to bring my dog in for an emergency. I was looking for the base cost. I called them because my current vet was charging an emergency fee I thought was crazy high. The woman I spoke to could or would not provide that back to me. Instead she quoted me a bill for what someone recently paid. Knowing your fee schedule is business practices 101. Providing similar cases is lazy no to mention I have no idea what was really done.
