UTMB Physical Therapy

I live on Galveston Island and I was sent to this location for OT/PT because I am experiencing pain when I walk. So, of course the parking area that we are told to use is by the ER. Once inside, you have to walk a long distance to get to the Rehabilitation office. Now, tell me how that makes any sense?!

I was traveling out of town and needed to get looked at for a possible ear infection. This place and the staff was were amazing. I have never been to an Urgent care that was this efficient and thorough. I was in and out in less than a n hour. Nurses and doctors were awesome and I never felt rushed. They found a pharmacy that was close and open late to get my prescription in... Thank you UTMB you are the best

UTMB used to be a considered a great hospital now the nurses staff I love they are fantastic, sweet overworked, and tired, but they're always arrive in your room with a smile on their face and what they can do for you. Food is horrible a few years ago before Covid. It was fantastic. I cannot say that any longer. I do not like that Utmb requires you to have to have a referral to go see another doctor in their network when insurance does not require that specially mine I can go see any doctor that is on my list without referrals of any sort. I can't even make an appointment to see a cardiologists or make an appointment for this or that without getting permission first,...read full review
