I had the BEST experience on my very first visit at Tieken Smiles Dentistry! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sweetest front desk admin. She gave me a complete tour of the entire office and broke down the educational history of the 2 dentists backgrounds. Both very impressive! The office is top notch! Extremely clean, state of the art technology , and a beautiful and comforting environment. This is the nicest dental office I’ve ever seen! Next Penny came into discuss my treatment plan. She was fabulous! She calmed my nerves and explained everything in detail. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Then I met Dr. Tieken. I can recommend the medical team 100%. I have always had bad experiences with dentists. But this has been the exception. The treatment of the patient is the best I have received and at the time of doing the procedure, the doctor along with the assistant treated me with respect and calmed my nerves step by step. I didn't have to go back a second time for adjustments because all the work was perfect. All the staff made sure I had a good experience and were very professional. I didn't even feel the doctor's hand, or pain or anything like that. I do not regret coming and that is why I recommend the medical team and rate it as the best in Texas

Best visit to a dentist office. There was no delay except when I was filling out paperwork. Chelsea was great little wonder she won the employee of the year award. It's important for medical practitioners to be pleasant. It's reassuring. The young doctor and nurse took care of my issue promptly and I was on my way in no time. Thanks for everything Tieken dentistry.
