Craftsmanship & panel installed were top quality. Work was done per schedule and communications were good. No surprises.

Jay and Mark installed a 26kw Generac System. It was a very damp, chilly day and Jay did his very best to see that our electricity was on as much as possible to allow us to run our heat. Jay and Jose had previously installed the concrete pad the Generac sits on. Both parts of this install so far has been very well done and we are very happy we chose Shock Doc for this job. They go out of their way to please their customer. Today is Dec 22,2025, and I am adding to my review since the work we have had done by Travis (owner of Shock Doc) and his tram has been completed.
