Valda was so communicative and taught me things about my own hair I did not know. The consultation was VERY HELPFUL considering I hadn’t cut my hair in 7 years and my fear of “it’s not gonna grow back” had me all dramatic!! She calmed my nerves said “I got you close your eyes” in a very confident, professional calm way!!! She explained everything to me SO if your wanting a drastic change or trying new hair style Valda can help you take the leap LOL!!
