Very disappointing experience year after year. After four years of this company taking my child’s school team and individual pictures, the quality has consistently been poor. The photographers are careless—pictures often have other people or water bottles in the background, the work feels rushed and sloppy, and yet the prices are far too high for what you get. Because of this, I will only purchase the team photo moving forward and will have my child’s individual pictures taken elsewhere. Families deserve better care and attention to detail when capturing these important memories.

I got lice after I wore their graduation cap. After I recieved my photos I noticed there were stray strands of hair that the photographer failed to tell me about so my hair looked messed up. Edit: I took my photos in 2021, not 2024. Yall cant even get your filing system right. 2. Asking customers to pay for a touchup kit because the photographer failed to compose it well is a bad business move.

I've had a great experience with baseball/sports photos for my daughter and with our company headshots/ staff pics as well. Highly recommend.

These pictures always come out SO bad. My son is in 3 different sports organizations who use different photographers and these are the only ones that come out looking sloppy! I thought maybe it was my child to blame after 1 year but after 3 years and speaking to other parents its definitely the company. Parents aren't allowed in the rooms so you have to just trust that the professionals direct the kids properly. They do not take consideration in having shoulders back, chin down, head and hip placement, loose strands of hair etc. It's like a one and done, NEXT. Even in the team photos, they dont take into consideration if a child has their shirt untucked or a sock scrunched down so it looks a hot mess. For the price I expected so much better.

Horrible she takes horrible pictures maybe by chance one or two good shots she steals precious memories that we can't get back. I don't know who she knows or why the schools use her but it's offensive. I'm so incredibly angry for my senior she only cares about making money even though she doesn't earn it she had zero talent with the lens and has again stolen another precious memory for my family. She knows better and she doesn't care if it was her family at least she would try,she is a selfish human being disgusting horrible photos. Can you stop stealing our memories!

Slow processing time and expensive! I placed an order for a digital copy and a physical copy over winter break, apparently this company does not operate while schools are out. It's January 22nd and I still have not received the physical copy. I live in the same city. Slow as molasses. For as much as they're charging, they should offer expedited shipping.In response to them saying they couldn't find an order placed by me, I have attached a screenshot of my order confirmation.

Horrible. I don't know why CCISD is still using this place. Weve had three graduates throughout the years and each Senior Picture is so disappointing. Retakes even worse. Just took them else where for Senior pictures because in addition these wereway to expensive for what they offered.

Rhonda and her team were professional, efficient and communicated in a timely manner for our company photo shoot. They arrived at the promised appointment time and right away it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the results and understand that professional experience comes with a price. Totally worth every penny!
