Kindest employees on earth! Called in because I got put in a bind for a closing and between a lack of communication from inspection to Va to lender it caused a huge delay for me. I called them Miss Rachel answered and was so nice to me and worked to get me on the schedule. Then they sent out Clarence who not only arrived early but took his time to explain everything, did an amazing job, super professional and personable as well. I’ll be a life customer because I called eight local pest control companies and they all acted as though I was an inconvenience. Honest company, you can tell they have standards.

From the moment I called Mike’s Pest Control, I received top-notch customer service. The technician, Kyle, was fantastic throughout the entire visit for my German roach flush treatment.
Before getting started, Kyle took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain each step of the process. He went over every chemical he was using and clearly explained its specific purpose. He even helped move my appliances to ensure a thorough application. As he worked, he talked me through everything he was doing. I truly appreciate his patience, kindness, and willingness to answer all of my detailed questions without hesitation.
