I’ve had a terrible experience here after being a loyal member for 5 + years at this location. I have tried to call three times in the last week and left three separate messages for the general manager or some of the owners to call me back and nobody will call me back. It’s very sad ownership has gone way down and they change employees it seems like every time I walk in the door. They don’t seem to care how they treat loyal customers. Very Sad & Unfortunate.

Walked in this last Sunday and stood around with absolutely no acknowledgment for about 5 minutes so I just walked out.The bells rang when I did walk in at first.Stuff happens and maybe they didn't hear the Bell but that's kind of the whole point of the Bell now isn't it

Very upset with this salon. It has been over a week for them to get a hold of the maintenance department for a tanning bed repair. I pay a lot of money every month to tan in this bed at this location. The staff at Dickinson Location is awesome. However Not Happy With This Bed not being repaired. I'm sure I am not the only one who is not happy. Like I said membership is not cheap. Also I have been a good customer. I buy the lotions at this location too! They're not cheap either. This salon used to be a 5 star. Who is the person in charge? Can't be the same person! I sure hope they fix this issue soon.
