The office staff are very friendly and professional; however, the methodology and culture of the location to push and make people feel obligated to do unnecessary work. This does not make the patient feel very personalized and part of the office but rather the push to increase revenue. I was told to perform a service because it was required by “law”. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard that services are mandated by law.

I was a new patient. I set a patient appointments for my entire family. We have been rescheduled multiple times to do nothing but come and sit in their lobby and wait to be seen on three different occasions. I take time from work. I take my kids out of school to come and hang out in their waiting room. I understand emergencies happen but to be rescheduled on multiple occasions after arriving is unacceptable. I have since canceled all further appointments and refused to do business. Service is just as important as the practice
