This was my home gym up until they opened the new gym in Bay colony last year. They closed that gym within a year and apparently they closed the gym in Pasadena also so this gym had to absorb all of the members. Of course A lot of people are going to cancel their memberships. I went Friday at 10:00 a.m. and the place was absolutely packed not a treadmill open no stair steppers and the place was hot and humid. It always runs a little hot but now with the mass amount of humans inside it's just ridiculous. I canceled my membership yesterday. It's a shame. Apparently corporate overstretched themselves and had to close the stores with the expensive leases and left the original stores open. They expect at least 40% of their members to leave. But they're still making money. Go find somewhere else this place is too crowded.
It was my happy place.

This club is horrible. I have been coming here for over 6 years simply because it is super close to my house. Ancient stairmasters have been broken for years and they refuse to replace. Yesterday 3 of 5 were broken. I went down the street to Crunch gym with had 20 brand new ones. Ridiculous they can’t have working equipment. A gym this size should also have at least 10. I would avoid this gym. Subpar at best.

Been a member for several years. I get that they try to squeeze every dollar but turned the basketball court to pseudo private trining that no one uses then tried to turn one of the racketball courts to Pilates that also failed. I even had to pay full member prices for my kids- no family deals. Today I brought my daughter to work out with me one day and they charged me $20 for a day pass. Canceling my membership and going elsewhere

Friendly staff, clean locker rooms, and a great selection of machines make this gym stand out. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about fitness.

The staff are very welcoming, however the janitorial staff and individual people that visit this gym that don’t clean up after a set is a huge problem. I personally lodged complaints in regards to people putting their bare feet on equipment, mats, weights etc. and then not cleaning after their use. The janitors are not capable of cleaning up each individual weight, as that’s not reasonable. So I think it boils down to the people not being clean.

I’ve belonged to many gyms in the area & I have to say that the staff (especially Jade) is very friendly, always greeting with a smile & kind words. Everything is nice & clean too. I’m happy to have found such a welcoming gym with everything I need.
