This was my first time visiting iCRYO in Webster. Me and my daughter had a very positive experience. We had the uvozone iv therapy. The nurse was very professional and friendly. This facility just opened up so let's give them a warm welcome and support all of their therapies and the health benefits
Rosie was wonderful. I had the facial and my skin needed it. Rosie was kind and very informative. She gave me all the information on services. The only issue was the table I laid on. So uncomfortable. For the place and costs you would think that detail would not be something that has to be discussed. Please...get a softer more comfortable table for your clients. Laying on that for more than 5 minutes is not acceptable.
Very good customer service. A nice atmosphere and very clean. The two young ladies working were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time trying cryo. I enjoyed the experience and will definitely do it again.
