My wife had an appointment moved from the Pearland location to this appointment on the same day and they moved it two hours earlier. The appointment was at 2pm for a head injury. We arrived at 2:12pm and checked in. They scanned her drivers license and took copay. At 2:32 the receptionist called my wife up and said the doctor couldn’t see her because she arrived late. No compassion given that they had cancelled the previous appointment moved location and made it two hours earlier. The doctor would not even come out. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired. This place supposed to be representing Methodist which supposed to be a top notch establishment and it's not great here. You're better off going to another location or just go to UT Health.

This is the most poorly managed and ran practice that I have ever seen. You can NEVER get an appointment with your PCP. You try to schedule and the next available appointment is 4 months out. If you call, they just tell you “sorry” that it’s just the way it is. It doesn’t matter if the doctor is good, if you can never see them when you are sick. Methodist has a major problem with this. Several friends have had the same issue and have now moved to UT Health. I’ve experienced it with every doctor I have used (gastroenterologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist etc) they have in the Clear Lake area. I love my PCP, but it’s just impossible to see him.
