Highly recommend Heidi's Hair salon! She does an amazing job, is very friendly, and has competitive prices compared to other hair salons. They also have a nail place right next door. Quality style at affordable prices! Always friendly staff.

3 stars because out of the 4 times I've been 3 were great, today not so much. I can't remember the one woman's name who always colored my hair and cut it as I asked, but she's Hispanic with glasses! Anyway I went in today and had an ok experience but honestly I didn't get what I asked for ( I showed pictures and said multiple times what I wanted) and when I spoke up apparently too late they made me feel bad like it was my fault! I didn't see my regular lady there so I went with who was there and while I won't name names let's just say don't go on a Monday morning. After getting a sub par hair job (my hair DID need toner, thank God for purple shampoo) and not so much as an apology for the first (of two) women that worked on my hair they then charged me $140!! I tipped $20 because I understand it took time to correct but for basically a root dye and haircut, $140?! Yes I'm sure they have their side but it just hasn't sat right with me.. for me it's intimidating going to a hair salon and when I speak up and get dirty looks for it, I'm not going back.

When I went in, I show the lady (jenny) who is scheduled to do my hair the picture of exactly how I wanted it done, and she said that I was in the right hands two and a half hours later when it was done it looked like I never got my hair done it was the exact same way as I came in. $150 is what she charged me with no refund I am livid and will never go back there again very poor quality not professional and to not even give at least a partial payment in return for something that was destroyed on my hair is a poor business. I am in my 60’s and have almost NEVER walked out of a salon completely HAPPY with my cut & style. Today was pretty much a first! Jenny gave me an AMAZING cut & style with in just an hour!! Kudos to Jenny!!!! ?
