They were able to navigate us through a complicated insurance process where our claim was originally denied, but ended up getting the insurance company to take on the roof cost (minus deductible of course). I had given up on the prospect of the insurance company helping us before Stronghold got involved. Also, the roof installation process was extremely professional and the sales team was onsite for most of it to ensure that the work was done properly. They even threw in some unplanned add-ons like a dryer vent that was installed improperly by the builder as well as some additional ventilation that was not obvious before work began. The roof came out perfect, and the cleanup was amazingly thorough. I have found exactly one roof nail on the ground since the work was completed!
