UPDATE: after the initial installation, I realized that the area I’ve had one of the downspouts drop into a rain barrel was not going to work with my yard and the way my yard drains. I contacted Natasha who immediately came out and looked at the issue, figured out a solution and had the guys come out and rerun the downpipe within a week. The new downpipe looks great and I anticipate it’s going to greatly help, if not completely fix, the issue that I was having. 100 STARS!“

“We had Craig come out to look at our roof to discuss replacing it. He was wonderful! He kept us updated on his arrival time and was easy to speak with. After a thorough inspection, he said he couldn't, in good conscience, sell us anything. He even went into our attic to discuss an attic vent and he found an issue we didn't know we had and told us how to fix it. You have to love it when a company stands to make a bunch of money from but you looks out for you like that and is ethically sound.
