Very helpful, caring and compassionate. Matt was amazing and treated us with compassion and respect during a very difficult time for us. He made us aware of all the honors my father was entitled to as a veteran and even made the arrangements for us. All the paperwork and details were handled quickly and efficently. He guided us through all the arrangements step by step without pressuring us into anything. He truly made a very difficult time just a bit easier.
