rating 4 stars because it’s normally great, but honestly I had one specific lady that was dry and rude and unhelpful. When my naked body is on your table you could at least crack a smile. I saw a couple hairs I missed and asked if I should shave them real quick, she said no it’s fine. I feel like it’s not fine annd she just didn’t feel like waiting… Asked a couple questions and she gave vague short answers. I like when they tell me what’s going on with the hairs, what setting we are on, if we change the setting for different areas, she just did shit and said nothing. One of the BEST decisions and experiences I've ever had. My first consultation was amazing the staff was very friendly and each and every question I had was answered. I hate that I don't remember names but it doesn't matter because everyone was amazing. My very first session I was extremely nervous and the technician was so patient, comforting and reassuring the entire time. I just had my second session last week and it was the same great experience with everyone. I would HIGHLY recommend this process and this establishment to anyone!!!!
