The professional dentists as well as the hygienic staff were actually very good. However, the Ortho staff that sits at the front desk and is only there one or two days a week (because they travel to different locations) is terrible. It took almost 2 years of giving them the same freaking information about our dental insurance change and they still could not get it correct. They never submitted the claim for my daughter's braces to the original insurance in the beginning so it was never processed by the insurance. Eventhough the new insurance information was given to them numerous times, they were still trying to submit the claim to the old insurance and couldn't understand...read full review
