We had amazingly outstanding experience thanks to Maria who went above and beyond to help my mom to find the best glasses for her at the price she felt comfortable with and she was so patient and understanding with our so many questions and she made us feel so welcomed and no single moment made us feel like we needed to be rushed and she took her time to explain us everything perfectly and we thank her for everything.

Took my glasses to the vision center due to my lens had fallen out. I asked if they could help me because I was from out of town and I didn't get my glasses with them. They were very nice, friendly and polite and helped me out. I was so thankful they did because I couldn't see anything. ❤️🙏
I accidentally broke my glasses while cleaning the lenses. More than 1,500 miles from my optician, I stopped at the Laredo Walmart Vision Center for help. And wow, did they help! I had an identical spare frame with bad lenses and hoped to simply swap out the bad ones with the good. I was assisted by a technician named Maria. She was very understanding and helpful. She tried her best to get change the lenses, but couldn’t loosen the screw on one of them. Not to despair! The resourceful Maria found a frame into which my lenses would fit, popped them in, and sent me away a super happy and impressed customer.
