Horrible doctor. JAVIER REYNA! Have the flu (influenza A) and I specially said the inhaler I have for asthma is not sufficient and I have a SHORTNESS OF BREATH! The doctor wanted to give me ANOTHER INHALER! How absurd is that. I also had to request a NEBULIZER since he gave me the solution but no nebulizer! AND THEY ALSO DIDNT NEBULIZE ME AT VITAL MED! NO INJECTION. And apart from all that they didn’t send the medication in time I left at 7:55 and I requested Walgreens and now I only have 1 solution instead of 2! MISSING 2 MEDICATIONS!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL

This place is fantastic They have Excellent office and nursing assistants all staff extremely courteous and helpful; awesome service and bedside manner by the FNP in charge Ms Lauren Esquinca, FNP. Very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and was very thorough and patient and very understanding . Highly recommended.

I have been to this clinic several times before and even taken my children.In one occasion back in 2021 my OBGYN brushed off my concerns as regular pregnancy pain, but I trusted my gut and went to vital med, where they ran tests and immediately sent me to the emergency room where I had to have emergency surgery 2 weeks postpartum. I believe they saved me from grave complications and I will always be grateful. I also have taken my kids to this clinic every time they get sick, I trust it more than their pediatricians office which requires me to make an appointment days away even if my child is sick and in need of care. I appreciate how attentive and patient they are with my children and how they explain everything in detail. I will definitely continue to go here.

I love VitalMed. Exceptional care and service. I especially appreciate their availability of appointments. I was able to schedule an appointment on my lunch break.My nurse practitioner was amazing so kind and so professional at the same time. She really took the time to explain my medical situation and she eased my fears completely.

The front staff was very rude especially Ms. Sharon who continuously tried to argue with me. They wouldn’t allow me to go see my family member while they was waiting in the room BEFORE the nurse practitioner had began her physical exam. They wanted me there for support and the staff denied me any access to them. DO NOT COME HERE!!! They were extremely rude. 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I took my relative here as a walk-in and they left her waiting in pain and with a fever for 3 hours. they forgot to charge for tests so had to come back. terrible service. i'm never coming back again.
