Checked in at 12PM,4PM still 5trucks in front and no one know when truck will be loaded Never again ,load to ND,better cancel this one and take another load from different shipper

Had to get their load (one pallet) inspected at protrans and got held up for 8 hours. Their receiving leaves at 4pm, so I have to hold on to their load for another night. They're messing with my income because of their inefficient system

Pre loaded trailers make sure to have a PU # , checked in before lunch, and got luckily called before lunch! In and out within 2 hours, pleasant experience, good load. Good shipping clerk, fast loading once in position loaders will load how you want it.
