My wife have an appointment for 9:45 am and guess what, the store opens at 10am. HELLO !!!. GIVE ME A BREAK. My wife even got a reminder the day before about her appointment at 9:45am. Again,HELLO!!!
Am a male who went in to look for some things the wife needed but couldnt get so of ourse j knew nothin of what or where to look but Liz was great help and was so nice and patient will be returning only cause of the her
The manager at this location is top tier. I had an issue with an employee not knowing their policy so I called asking for the manager. She could not have been more kind or more helpful. She jumped right in to correct the issue and was so incredibly pleasant while doing so. This kind of customer service has become really rare so I wanted to make sure to highlight it. She's doing an incredible job. ❤️
