Transplace, now known as Source Logistics, offers a generally smooth loading experience. Trucks are welcomed early, with opening gates around 7:45 am, and check-in typically takes about 10 minutes. Checking in is straightforward, often involving a quick visit to the office and a visit to a specific door for loading. Staff members are friendly, and the process is efficient once checked in, with loading happening rapidly. However, drivers should be prepared for tight backing and narrow exits, especially when the lot is busy. The facility provides some empty doors to ease backing, but space can be limited, making maneuvers challenging during peak times.
They open up the gate at 0745, it wasn't that busy when I was there, maybe 3 trucks in front me... they want to you to back in a dock then checking at the office.
Checking in takes about 10 min for each truck. But once you checked in they load you super fast. I had a good experience
Name has changed to Source Logistics. Yep, it's a tight back. Checked in with guard at 13:25 for 14:00 appointment, back in any door, walk to 35 to see shipping/receiver, they will call you when done.
Fast load easy to get in, friendly employees. Got here at 0830 loading started at 1000. Only reason for 4 stars tight backing and narrow exit. If lot of truck even harder to back. They do have there empties every other door to make backing easier. Can't do U turn second picture the back of trailer hit the parked trailer.
