Outstanding Customer Service and Quick Turnaround at Times Square Optical!I recently had an amazing experience at Times Square Optical. I was looking for a new pair of glasses, and I was so impressed by the wide selection of frames and the outstanding customer service by their staff, Melanie.Melanie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. She was also very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. Had a great experience at Times Square Optical. Had the pleasure of working with associate named Melanie, very welcoming and friendly service and helped answer any questions that I had . They have a wide array of selections on frames and prices available from affordable to higher end frames . They also accept most insurance and also have sale promotions. The best thing is that your glasses can be ready same day if time permits. Times Square Optical also has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I had to change my frames because the ones I chose were too snug. They were changed with no questions asked . It was such a pleasant experience to be able to be serviced by such an establishment. The customer service was beyond exceptional and quality of attention from the staff helped me forget about the stress that usually comes with having to go through the whole process. There was this one young lady in particular that was so warm and respectful that helped me out earlier, Viviana I believe. Such an amazing asset to the company as well with her qualities.
