What a joke, they say they open at 7, so i arrive at 7, the first person shows up at 7:45, no problem. I say hello good morning to everyone as I am sitting on the bench patiently, and I figured I would give them some time to get setup, so I wait an additional 20 minutes, just to walk in and have them tell me they already have appointments scheduled, and they couldn't provide me service, even though there was no other customers yet. I work 60 hours plus a week, and just wasted 1 1/2 hours of my Saturday!!!

Laura knows what’s up. Biggest problem I have with RGV’s haircut is that they don’t wet the hair, before cutting and most just use trimmer and rarely uses scissors. Laura cut, made me look sharp and followed just like how I wanted even though she doesn’t speak English. Definitely going back to her

I take my son to get a kids cut about every 3 weeks to a month. His first haircut was here and from the first visit till now the customer service has not changed. They are all so kind! The lady in the front helps me load up my two kids always giving the best customer service. I would recommend Theo’s to anyone looking for a cut with great service!

Their ads say open at 7 AM on Fridays, their website said open at 7 AM this morning (12/06/2024). I was there sitting in the parking lot directly in front of the store at 6:50 AM until 7:20. No one opened the shop so I left.

Hair cut was totally bad. I never go the same person again. He didn't even spend 15 minutes to hair cut, he didn't even check whether all okay, he just cut the hair here and there and applied jel at the end.

We love coming here for my 2 year olds haircuts and my husband haircuts. Diana does an amazing job each time we go. She makes sure my husband and son look handsome with their new haircuts.

Excellent place! They did super well with my son’s first haircut. My only complaint is I don’t speak Spanish well and the hair stylist only spoke Spanish, which I expect a business that deals face to face with clients to be able to communicate with their clientele.
