I had call him for a emergency service at 4:00pm , he mentioned that he would be at the location that I gave him through text message in 2 hours. 6:02pm came around and I sent him a message telling him to text me when he was at the house he never responded. I sent him another text at 7:36 pm and never responded. I had call him 4 times and he didn't answer. He wasn't professional about answering the phone and telling me what was going.

Called Juan Rdz and he answered quickly. Showed up within the hour and in less than an hour he fixed my dryer. He was professional and very courteous. Highly recommend this gentleman.Service: Washer/dryer repair

I called on Thursday to see if the repairman would check washer and when it would be convenient for him. He told me Friday and at 9 am. I sent him our address per his instructions. It is now 10:40 am and he still hadn't shown up. THAT is even after we GAVE him a phone call and he said " oh, was that today?"....needless to say, we at least gave him a courtesy call that his services, or lack thereof, were no longer needed..
