I tried two times to solicit their services and they didn't call me to set up an appointment. Probably they don't want my money or they don't have an office in Laredo. Not going to try a third time with this company

Worst customer service, you sign the year contract and they completely forget about your service. At the phone number, voice mail full, office closed like out of business and no one to help you out. Signed contract in december and never heard from them ever since it is almost april.

Very bad customer service..was calling the 800 number and they said they would get back to me to schedule a appointment and they never called so I kept on calling a wk later and when they finally scheduled an appointment the orkin man didn't come and without notice decided to reschedule my appointment last minute and the only reason I found out he rescheduled was because I had to call him several times at the time of the appointment of why he didn't show up and was very rude and unprofessional when I questioned him of why I wasn't at least notified of the changes at the time and called back the 800 number and the lady was super rude to me and told me they didn't have...read full review
