If I could I would give it a -5 because this was the worse business I’ve ever encountered. In a time of sadness in my life when I just lost a loved one you want to think people won’t screw you over but this business did. You can no longer see the words on my loved one headstone and the owner painted such a pretty picture on how the headstone is better then the rest and the words will be seen. She didn’t even let me pick a different color stone because she knows what the cemetery allows and doesn’t allow. When I go visit my loved ones resting place their different color headstones. We payed over $2,000+ and this lady refused to call me so I can go see it finished! Went to the cemetery and it was already there all dirty and ugly.. super unprofessional lady and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone & I mean ANYONE go waste time and money with her. I’m so disappointed in this because we’re already grieving the death of my grandmother & for her to just do this is so upsetting.

Really bad service. There is only one person there. They don't answer nor return the calls. I paid for the stone in November and I'm still waiting for it. I should have checked the reviews before I paid for the stone in full.
