Best Dentist I have ever had with my children The experience was amazing with her . coming from other Dental offices that I had bad experiences. She has solved every problem that I had with my child. Avoid This Dentist – Terrible Experience with My Child
We had an absolutely terrible experience at tooth fairy factory w/ Dentist CC. She was completely unprofessional, raising her voice at my six year old repeatedly because he was complaining that drilling was hurting him . Instead of showing patience and understanding, she continued to scold him and confront him that it was not hurting.
To make matters worse, she scolded him even more calling my son a liar in front of my wife. She scolded him saying “you told me you would be fine if your mom came in and you lied!” Instead of showing empathy, she doubled down on him. my wife had to step in to intervene her rude commentary. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion is unacceptable, especially in a pediatric setting.
No child should be treated like this at a place that’s supposed to care for their well-being. If you’re considering bringing your children here, I strongly urge you to think twice. It sounds like she’s a two faced dentist, she did all of this infront of my wife. Just imagine how she speaks to them when you’re not around. We will never return, and I will make sure to share this awful experience with others. -Julio Dominguez

Where do I begin? Staff is very helpful and has great demeanor. Office itself is very kid friendly - you can tell Dr CC really cares about her patients by creating an environment for them to learn and have fun. Then you meet Dr CC and the experience goes from a 10/10 to a 12/10! She is extremely knowledgeable and explains the condition in a very palatable way. Laredo is lucky to have Dr CC!! Would not take my kids anywhere else! Thank you Dr CC for providing your service and care to our children.
