Within the dozen of flower shops in laredo this one has got to be the worst. Small businesses should support one another; especially if there’s plenty of competition within the flower shop business in Laredo. Carmim’s Flower Shop is unprofessional and partakes in defamation.

I chose to purchase and have flowers delivered to a client of mine as a gift from my small business for a Mother’s Day raffle. I chose a deluxe version of something I liked better NOT from the Mother’s Day collection. A deluxe meant I wanted it to be more full. I was called once and told that they don’t have that arrangement and I have to pick something else from the Mother’s Day collection. They limited my options of what I could pick, one being just a small half dozen bouquet that was less than what I paid for the original. I paid $100 with delivery.

The first associate was extremely rude when I tried asking if there is something else from a diff set collection I can pick. With her saying “you already asked that”.

When I spoke to the manager he said he could give me a refund that would take 2-3 days (REMEMBER THIS)

I asked to speak to a manager who basically told me just because I wrote “mother’s day” on the note I can’t be sold flowers from any other collection.

I said that’s ridiculous to which he raised his voice at me then said he wouldn’t refund me for 10 days!!! LMAO FANTASTIC WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!

Very good work and fast when I ordered a sympathy wreath. I was very pleased and content with what was received. Highly recommended!!

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my nephews funeral, we are very satisfied they were beautiful and the price was good, I want to thank Carmin's flower shop staff, they are very helpful and very kind.. This was my mom's flower shop to go to, they did great work then and still continue to do so. Thank you so much! I'll always recommend Carmine's flower shop, keep up the great work👍🏽
