Phone never awnsers, if you have an emercebcy this is not the place, They ask you for an appontment inwhich you have to do over tbe phone wich is not awnsered, then when you get there they dont allow you in with your dog it is as if you get to the doctor with your kid and leave it in the front door. After I posted this review Dr Martin called me for a follow up and adressed my problem they took in considerarion what ive passed trough i hope they can Improve this little things like who ever wants to go with their dog they can and Improve business hours probbably straight hours would help, They are very kind

Well. First of all I love this vet center I have never had a bad experience with them at all iam always thier either for my pets or my fosters either wayI find that prices are reasonable and they don’t over charge numerous times I have tell staff to please let me know first what the diagnostic is before selling and charging me for things I can not affordIn my past years experiences with dr Martin have been great now at days I request him too see my children ??but sometimes unfortunately his not at office but new vets there like Dr. Segovia good vet as wellUntil know no pets have died in thier hands or care ??keep doing what you guys are doingGreat friendly patient...read full review

Had a terrible experience at Laredo Animal Clinic and left to seek help for my injured cat elsewhere. Thank God I ended up here. The professionalism and courtesy exhibited by Dr Cruz and everyone I spoke with in that office restored my faith in people. I can not express enough how grateful I am that this business is doing it right.
