I’ve been a patient new patient here for about 6 weeks- 2 months here. It’s definitely not giving. And I was so happy to be treated by US, FINALLY. Unfortunately, yea it’s being shuffled in and out, poor follow up, referrals not following up, 2+ hour appt times, and 3-5 minutes with the doctor. I’ll be exploring other options when I have the mental energy to put up with the health care riggamoro. Patients deserve better. Humans deserve better from the other humans who swore a HIPPOCRATIC OATH.

Every time I have visited Alpha Medical Center it has been nothing but great customer service & Dr.Ogwu has the best bedside manners. He listens to every complaint & makes sure you leave there feeling cared for. Darnella at the front desk is also excellent. She squeezed me in for a sick visit and was so polite throughout my visit. The customer service in this office is impeccable. I decided to make this facility my primary care. I’ll go no where else. I always leave with all of my concerns addressed. I’m never brushed off as I’ve been with other doctors. I truly appreciate the entire staff at Alpha Medical Center.

Love this clinic, doctors are amazing as well as staff. You will definitely find out what you want to know whats going on with your body. These doctors and staff is very professional and so nice and kind. My husband and I have been going to Alpha Medical Center since 2012.
