Will was FANTASTIC in every way! He watched the market for me and locked my rate at the best possible time. He explained everything thoroughly and communicated with me every step of the way. There were ZERO surprises or issues with my loan and he had my docs to the title company 2 days early! Due to a family issue, I could not make it to the title company to close but that was no problem for Will. He sent a mobile notary to me so I could still close on time. I can not recommend Will enough! Best home buying experience I have ever had!
Will Jackson is a master when it comes to creative financing. He takes time to research difficult situations before an offer is submitted, to make sure we don't get a surprise later in the transaction!!
